I’m posting a personal congratulations to the 2021 Preservice Art Education Graduates from Florida State University. More than any other group of students I have worked with, these students have had to persevere during the most uncertain circumstances – completing their coursework virtually and then student teaching in art classrooms that required social distancing, PPEs, hybrid formats, and everything in between. These future art teachers are prepared in ways unlike others who have preceded them. Congratulations to Kylie Ocfemia, Fiona Borger, Lauren Courtemanche, Sarah Shotola Myrick, Elena Malcolm, Bethany Larthe, Allison Street, and Amanda Cole. I am so proud of you all!
