The Tallahassee Democrat recently featured a front page article on the efforts of Florida State University professor, Dr. Barbara Parker-Bell, and her art therapy students for their efforts to bring hope and support to Bay County students still recovering from Hurricane Michael through their “Stars of Hope” project. Barbara and her students truly represent the best that FSU’s Department of Art Education has to offer our local communities.
